Quinton Davies is excited to partner with an entrepreneurial business to secure a Finance Manager for their office in Bath.
This is critical role within the business reporting to the CFO. You will have 3 direct reports and autonomy to oversee:
- FP&A
- Accounting
- Budgeting
- Reporting
- Increasing influence on strategic decision making
To apply for the position of Finance Manager you'll need to meet the following criteria:
- Hold an accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Experience of line management
- Passion for business and demonstrable drive to partner with the wider business
In return our client are able to offer a competitive salary of £55k to £65k and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing business.
