What you'll do:

As a Data Analytics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing our client's data analytics platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding the workings of various business units, assessing use cases, designing data management processes, and collaborating on engineering solutions. You will also be responsible for staying abreast of industry trends and proposing innovative solutions. Ensuring data security and compliance will be a crucial part of your role.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of how various business units work
  • Assess the feasibility and relative complexity of a growing list of use cases
  • Design and implement robust and efficient data management processes
  • Collaborate with business intelligence and IT colleagues on engineering solutions
  • Develop and regularly present to management on the 'BI roadmap'
  • Stay updated with industry trends, proposing innovative solutions
  • Ensure data security and compliance

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Data Analytics Associate position will bring a high level of data literacy and numeracy, either through academic qualifications or relevant experience. You should have experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI or similar tools. A working knowledge of various machine learning techniques is essential. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to solve complex problems effectively. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role.   • Degree requiring high-level of data literacy and numeracy, or relevant experience
