Working in a team of 5 reporting to the Housing Manager.
Job description
- Handling queries regarding the maintenance and repairs of properties.
- Liaising with contractors, both in house and external.
- Liaising with local authorities and speaking to tenants daily.
- Creating job request and inputting jobs onto the system (ACT database).
- Dealing with void properties and re-lets.
