Role Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and representation on a range of residential property matters. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to advance their career within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
- Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and handle exchange and completion processes.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the firm's growth and acquisition objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience in managing a broad range of residential property transactions.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- Proactive and driven, with a desire to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
