You might have experience working in residential property looking for a new role/challenge. Equally, you might be a Legal Assistant/Admin, looking to gain exposure in a different area of law. If so, our client will be keen to speak with you, as they are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property (Farms, and Estates) team in Bath. In this role, you'll work in the office four days a week, with the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours.
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll manage administrative tasks under the guidance of fee earners, including file-opening, telephone management, document production, and email management. You'll draft documents using appropriate precedents, assist with basic legal processes, and correspond with clients through various channels. Additionally, you'll support business development and marketing activities.
They are looking for someone with experience in a legal assistant or legal administrative role. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written communication are essential. You should also demonstrate a good understanding of client relationship management.
