CPS is partnering with a leading IT technology consulting business to find a Business Change Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team based in London.
As a Business Change Consultant, you will drive transformational change across various sectors and clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions are successfully adopted by end-users, delivering a swift return on investment, and sustaining project success long after implementation.
This role offers a strong development path towards becoming a Business Change Architect, with numerous growth opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into process flow maps, user stories, and reports.
Create persona profiles and user journeys.
Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams.
Design and implement business change strategies as part of broader technical solutions.
Develop adoption materials for various audiences.
Assist meetings and workshops with client teams.
Use agile practices and adapt to changing priorities.
Manage and support change across multiple clients.
Strive to exceed client expectations and achieve high levels of utilisation.
Identify and recommend additional services and solutions to clients.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar position.
Strong understanding of change management.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Experience with Microsoft technology in change delivery.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective meeting management and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask across various projects and tasks.
Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and clients.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
