Operations Manager - Full-time - £70,000
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing company in Leeds. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, along with overseeing and optimizing the operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Oversee business development, site visits, project management, purchasing, HR.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive operational excellence
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry. Experience with solar PV installation is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
