Job Purpose Solicitor
The purpose of this job is to provide legal advice and undertake the conduct of a caseload in relation to the full range of child protection work.
To
1 Provide legal advice and have conduct of a caseload of the full range of public law Children and Adoption Act cases.
2 To prepare and represent the Council in all Child Protection cases before the Courts.
3 Such other duties and responsibilities of a similar grade and nature as may be required including other areas of work within the Child Protection Team.
