Are you experienced in Facilities Management as a Maintenance Technician or Engineer, with experience working on swimming pool maintenance?
In this role, you'll be responsible for completing reactive and planned maintenance tasks at 2 leisure centres in the Hounslow area.
So, you should be happy travelling between 2 sites in this part of West London / Middlesex.
This is typically a Monday to Friday role, but occasionally there will be some weekend or evening working to cover emergencies or scheduled works.
Salary is £32,500 with benefits including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension, free gym membership, free on site parking, plus a range of employee health and wellbeing services.
You should have a good range of skills including basic decorating, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs, HVAC - all the normal tasks you'd expect in a commercial building.
It's essential you have experience in pool maintenance including operation of the filtration plant, chemical dosing, water hygiene checks, etc.
