Sales Advisor/Account Manager - Great Yarmouth - £23,500 (£31,000 OTE)
We are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor / Internal Account Manager for our leading client based in Great Yarmouth.
You must have current experience of sales/account management in an office business to business environment.
Our client is looking for someone who thrives on delivering excellent customer service, has strong commercial sales skills and analytical skills, has some previous account management or sales advisory experience.

Responsibilities:
Focusing on supporting existing customers and developing new business across the UK, the successful candidate will join a small, dynamic team, reporting directly into the head of sales.
Build strong rapport with customers to understand their management needs.
Provide support to the existing sales team, dealing with assigned tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.
Support with automated marketing, Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
As your experience increases, provide customer support and technical advice to customers as required.
Provide expert advice on solutions and services.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
What do you need
A passion for, delivering excellent customer service
An ability to build new productive working relationships, whilst maintaining and growing existing relationships
Experience with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, word etc)
Positive work ethic and a self-motivated, proactive approach to helping customers
Any experience of working in a B2B or direct sales market a bonus.
Benefits and Hours:
39 hours per week - no evenings, weekends or bank holidays
£23,400 starting salary subject to review following successful probation period
Potential to earn up to 31K in your first year!
