Year 3 Class Teacher
Start Date: September
Remedy are looking for a dedicated full-time Year 3 Class Teacher to join a school in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and marking high-quality educational activities, ensuring every child is given the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to Year 3 students.
-Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
-Utilise 2 ½ hours of PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time per week to prepare and plan lessons.
-Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
-Maintain regular communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any issues that may arise.
-Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience teaching Year 3 or similar year groups.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
