My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Hertfordshire, and due to continued expansion, my client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic residential property expert to join their team.
They are seeking a skilled Residential Property expert to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more PQE or have qualified in residential conveyancing with experience in freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- NQ-2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive.
- Computer literate, and client care focused
- Good attention to detail, and good business development skills
