Title: Conveyancer

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
I am seeking an experienced Conveyancer with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the conveyancing process. The successful candidate will handle residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, representing both private clients and limited companies. This role requires proficiency in managing various types of transactions, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Non-statutory Lease Extensions. The Conveyancer will be responsible for signing off files for exchange and completion and must act honestly and diligently, adhering to the relevant professional codes of conduct.
Working under the supervision of a Senior Conveyancer, the Conveyancer will collaborate to achieve the financial targets set for the year and assist in supervising and developing the Conveyancing Assistant within the team. In the absence of the Senior Conveyancer, the Conveyancer will take full responsibility for the team, ensuring continuity and maintaining the high standards of service expected by our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where each case is managed by a dedicated conveyancer and their assistants.
