Our client is a well-established organisation who are currently experiencing significant growth which has resulted in them seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join their successful team on a full time and permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who thrives in a professional environment and is looking to grow their bookkeeper career in accountancy.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciling accounts
- Preparing and maintaining financial records
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns and management accounts
- Credit control duties
- Liaising with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper within an accountancy practice
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
