If the answer is yes then this Bristol based position working at the cutting edge of Safety Critical Technology could be THE role for you!

You'll be part of a team of roughly 30 engineer who form part of a larger organisation of around 500 employees. This means you would be joining a successful SME who and are going through a period of growth and are a leader in the Safety and Security market.

You will be utilise your experience of the Software Development Life-Cycle to support the team in assuring software development processes and standards are being correctly adhered to. The software operates in a highly regulated safety critical environment so you will ensure recording nonconformances and tracking corrective actions to completion.

You'll also be able to support the engineers on process activities and foster a proactive culture of quality and improvement.

To be successful in this position you will already have:

  • Knowledge and experience of the full SDLC in an engineering environment • Knowledge of software engineering practices

Along with the above you'll receive a starting salary of £30,000 - £40,000, Annual salary review, Annual bonus 5%, 8% pension contribution, full sick pay, Income Protection Insurance (after 12 months service), life assurance (currently lump sum of 7 times salary), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service), and of course flexible start / finish times.
