**Responsibilities:
- Lead small group and 1:1 interventions, providing additional support to students across different age groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom activities.
- Deliver lessons in the teacher's absence, following pre-planned materials to ensure continuity of learning.
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
- Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans (IEPs) and track students' progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to support student success.
**Candidate Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience supporting students within a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
