  • *Job Description: Social Media / Marketing Executive**

The Social Media / Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive traffic to the company's platforms. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media trends.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing campaigns across various platforms. Currently the primary platform is LinkedIn. However, we would look to expand into other social channels.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with the target audience and promote brand initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including regular posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to build a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand growth and engagement, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing events and promotions to support overall marketing objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on social media metrics, campaign performance, and market trends to present to management.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices, algorithms, and new platforms to leverage for marketing opportunities.

  • *Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and marketing software.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in design.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
