Our client is an idyllic Gastro Pub with a restaurant that can seat 80- 100 covers. Located near Ware in Hertfordshire, they are currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their high- end, award winning brigade of chefs.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to maintain the establishments extremely high standard. To manage and encourage lower level chefs in the kitchen. Be able to work under pressure, whilst assisting the current brigade. You will be working in a large kitchen within a large brigade. You must be self-motivated and able to work as an individual whilst presenting perfection! An active role in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety is also required.
The ideal candidate will be passionate and have willingness to learn new skills, develop existing ones, and work hard to progress within the business.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in gastro establishments. A passion and knowledge of fresh foods is essential.
