Job Description:
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, assisting with property sales and building relationships with potential buyers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting in property viewings and showcasing the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
Building and maintaining a strong client database by identifying and contacting prospective buyers.
Collaborating with senior sales negotiators and other team members to achieve sales targets.
Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and persuasive manner.
Strong negotiation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Knowledge of the local property market (preferred, but not essential).
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
