My client, a highly successful global law firm, is keen to find someone with solid HR experience to support their London Head of HR. The role is 3 days a week, initially for a 6-month contract. However, it will likely become a full-time, permanent role in 2025.
As part of this small, close-knit team, you will love rolling up your sleeves and relish getting involved with a broad spectrum of HR work. This will include producing employment contracts, recruitment administration and tracking, supporting ER cases, benefits administration, preparing various documents and HR correspondence, and ad-hoc project work. Previous HR experience is required, ideally from a professional services environment, and you must understand the importance of confidentiality.
