Temporary Accounts Assistant - 4 months
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, hybrid 4 days at home 1 day office based (after initial training period)

We are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client, based in Chelmsford town centre for an immediate start. The role will be hybrid, 4 days at home and 1 day in the office after an initial training period.
Duties to include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Sending invoices off for approval
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Adhoc tasks as required by the Accounts team
Requirements
- Experience working with a high volume of invoices
- Ability to start fairly immediately
- Experience within an Accounts team
- Able to commit to the booking until the end of January
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
