In this exciting role, you'll engage in a variety of tasks to support sales growth in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Insurance, legal and Accountancy), including outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives. You'll research target accounts, leverage insight data, and execute campaigns via phone, email, and social media. Your goal will be to generate interest and book qualified meetings with Talent Acquisition Heads for the Sales Managers. You'll also stay informed about industry trends and help shape the future of talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in the B2B software or technology sector. A proven track record of exceeding sales and activity targets is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong research and analytical abilities, proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot, and a passion for technology's impact on recruitment are also important.
