We are looking for a sales assistant based in London. You will contribute your new ideas into productive solutions both encouraged and expected in the Carrier Business Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data processing and presentation of internal business analysis;
- Manage the marketing related budget, including reporting on actual spending, as well as forward planning and phasing future expenditure;
- Carry out monthly review for each department's revenue report, analyse and prepare the quarterly / annual revenue report;
- Be proficient in Data analysis techniques like Excel, being able to review and
summarise large volumes of data; - Investigate ICT market environment in EMEA region, measure and interpret business growth opportunities based on corporation operating data analysis;
- Undertake business requirement definition, and participate in planning, business analysis and design sessions for process improvement;
- Propose the internal system development, construction, improvement;
- Internal sales and business department incentive assessment, quantitative data extraction, collection and application;
- Conduct & collate existing research; including competitor pricing analysis, clients trends, product information; Establish agreed standards in the way in which the effectiveness of pricing tests with colleagues around the business are effective.
Skills and experiences:
- Super ability of learning internal system, help sales raise the Facility check and price approval, and orders input etc..
- Need to do some data processing, very sensitive to revenue and cost figures;
- High sense of responsibility, ability to respond quickly and experience in system R & D requirements;
- Experience in delivering excellent high-level project management ability, be able to actively and quickly coordinate various departments to provide relevant basic data
- Experience in Product, technology/Telecomms, across functions which may include pricing, valuations, modelling, business analysis;
- Self-directed with a proven ability to get results in a dynamic, highly adaptive and agile environment, high-energy, proactive, creative, team-oriented, analytical individual; Ability to plan strategic objectives and goals;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;
- Superior organisational and operational skills and attention to detail and ability of multi-tasking and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while meeting stringent deadlines;
- Experience working with a cross-functional teams, adapt to work across time zones.
