HR Business Partner - West Sussex
My client is an award-winning, privately owned fibre telecom company positioned between MSOs and technical equipment vendors. They provide expert guidance and support to both parties, ensuring optimal solutions for equipment development, network upgrades, and delivery. Leveraging the skills and experience of their consultancy team, they enhance efficiency, improve functionality, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery. To support the continuing growth of the business they are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team close to Burgess Hill.
In this role you will work closely with the Directors, Heads of departments and Managers within the business providing advice to deliver improved performance across the company. You will advise the leadership team on employee relations, performance management, organisation structure and succession planning matters whilst also supporting the greater HR team on delivering key projects.
To be successful in this role you will need to be qualified to at least CIPD level 5 and have a proven work history of working in multiple human resource disciplines either as a HR generalist or as a HR Business Partner.
Due to location and the requirement to attend work sites occasionally you need to possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for commuting.
