We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager / Director to join our dynamic team in London. As the Recruitment Manager / Director, you will be responsible for managing an existing team of 20+ recruiters, as well as overseeing recruitment strategies to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment team and provide leadership and guidance to achieve recruitment goals
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Work with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors with regards to whole company strategy and direction
Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Manager or Director or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Experience of managing a team of 15 or more recruitment consultants
This position offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £100,000, depending on experience and ability - with excellent bonus plan on top.
