Full Time office based
JOB ROLE
- AUDIO typing for directors, comprising typing
- Emails, primarily to clients
- Reports
- Catalogues (on Excel spreadsheets)
- Auction related documents
- Mailshots
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Answering the telephone
- Speaking to members of the public and dealing with their queries
- Monitoring the Enquiries email address and responding accordingly
- Ordering stationery
- Monitoring payments coming into the client account and dealing with same
- HPI and MOT checks
- Archive filing
- General photocopying
- Downloading photographs
- General office duties as required
Auctions
- Speaking to members of the public and dealing with their queries
- Using the auction related programmes
- Dealing with online payments for auction purchases
- Calling buyers following auctions closing
