Technical Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join a US law firm based in London as part of their IT team.

This Technical Support Analyst will support the Regional IT Manager with 1_st_ and 2_nd_ line support for c80 users in the London office. You will assist with the office technology workload and ticket queues to ensure all issues are rectified swiftly. Duties include setting up new users, creating and amending passwords, stock management, imaging and building PC's, and supporting on a range of other complex IT issues.

The perfect Technical Support Analyst will have a range of technical skills amassed over the last three years at a legal or professional services environment. You will have 1_st_ and 2_nd_ line support experience and be able to manage a busy ticketing system, working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of up to c£45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
