Customer Service Coordinator (Temporary Contract)

£13 per hour
Monday - Friday, 9-5:30pm (WFH 2/3 days each week)

You will be working in a vibrant, modern and friendly office where you will be working in a busy and fast-paced team.
- You will be responsible for updating their Salesforce and CRM systems
- Working closely with your internal colleagues, stakeholders and business customers.
- We are looking for someone who is organised and used to working towards deadlines as you will manage an average of around 50 cases/connections to manage, whilst keeping the customer updated on the progress of all orders.
- Providing weekly reports to the Delivery Managers to enable them to update partners.
- Responding to customer queries and emails.
- The ideal candidate will be confident with producing quality reports, have previous experience of using Salesforce, Word, Excel and Outlook with Ethernet experience.
