Efficient administration of the Fleet Management System, ensuring that comprehensive records for all Constabulary vehicles are accurately recorded and maintained.
Service Care Solutions are looking for an Administrator to work within the Lancashire Constabulary on a 3-month initial contract.
I'm recruiting for a facilities administrator to join a well-established client on a full-time, 3-month FTC basis, based in BS2 (working across a couple of sites is required so you must have access to own vehicle).
Day-to-day of the role
Managing access requests and resolving issues, including issuing new access cards, card activation, ensuring security on site.
Handling hundreds of access requests per week in line with agreed SLAs.
Act as the first point of contact for all Driver queries throughout the day, ensuring that deliveries remain on schedule and support with resolving any issues.
About the Role
Our Transport Administrators play a vital part in the operation and the customer journey by making sure that all of our customers receive their deliveries on time, every time.
General
You'll work closely with our Transport Supervisor and provide continual support to our Drivers dealing with any issues that might arise whilst ensuring that we remain legally compliant within Transport Legislation and Working Time Directives.
Working as part of a team you will have strong administrative experience working with drivers or within a warehouse environement / dispatch or a similar transport role and confident in supporting the day to day administration of the Transport department.
We are excited to support our client who are the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler who require a Transport Administrator to work in their distribution centre.
This position is to initially for a 12 month fixed term to cover maternity leave and will include training.

Reporting to the HR Manager, as Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing the company's fleet of vehicles (circa 100), as well as assisting across the business with various administration tasks.
Paying £26,000 Benefits Parking - Based in Oldham, North Manchester our client is a successful engineering business that are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis to cover maternity leave.
This is an office-based role, working 9am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday, but the successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to cover other shifts including 8am to 4.30pm or 8.30pm to 5.00pm when required to cover holidays.
