Responsibilities
Input property service charge budgets, raise charges (service charge, rent, insurance, adhoc charges) and demands to send to tenants/leaseholders.
You will answer incoming calls, order parts, book vehicles in for service and assist with general customer service work.
They are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual who can work between 7.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday and who will offer a fabulous first point of call to customers.
