Willmott Dixon Interiors is currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service function, with a focus on defects liability period management.
The role involves working on a variety of projects in both Birmingham (initially) and the London area, so a willingness to travel is essential.
You'll work closely with our supply chain partners to rectify faults in a timely, cost-effective manner, minimizing disruption to end-users and business operations.
We are currently seeking on behalf of our client, a Client Services Team Manager who will lead the team when it comes to ensuring service delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, order processing and working to agreed department targets.
We are working in partnership with a leading professional membership organisation who are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their fast paced, busy team.
9 months FTC
The working hours are 8 hour shifts between 8:30 and 17:30 on most days and supporting on shifts between 7.00 am to 19:00 pm during exam sessions and peak periods.
Essentially you will have proven experience in the automotive industry working in a customer service focused role, with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
You will have exceptional administration skills, with experience in MS Office and basic Excel.
Basic Sage accounts would be an advantage to assist the Office Manager in absence but not essential.
