Our client, a highly influential not-for-profit organisation now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis and help align their HR strategies with their mission.
The key purpose of this role is to provide pro-active, expert specialist HR business partner services to leaders, managers and employees across the entire employee lifecycle and to deliver effective support in the key areas of Attraction, Resourcing and Retention; HR Operations; Reward and Recognition; and Learning and Development.
Please note; this role offers hybrid working requiring on average 2 days a week working at the central London office and 1 day a week at the north Kent office.
