As a Security Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the development, its amenities, and open spaces, while delivering top-quality service in line with management contracts, leases, service agreements, and other requirements.
Security Duties
To support the existing security and safety routines of this development, ensuring an efficient and timely completion of security routines for the development, in terms of Control Room duties, Patrol duties and Loading Bay/Basement Access.
General
Line manager: Estates Director / Residents Manager
Role Purpose: As a key member of the development Security team, you will be responsible for supervising a complement of security officers assigned to the development.
The Security supervisor will be responsible for managing the CCTV/Fire Control room.
The protection of premises, assets, personnel, and visitors are the key priority of this role at a residential Elephant and Castle.

The role of the Security Controller is a dual role spending most of the time in the Security Control Room monitoring CCTV and sometimes on the floor patrolling.
Purpose of the Role
The Controller will be in control of the shopping Centre staff distribution, control incidents and sign in and out contractors.
To ensure the safety and the security of members, staff, tenants, and visitors and guests.
To maintain accurate records, both in note books and as official incident reports, including any incident reporting software, and to take appropriate action to handle and contain incidents sensitively.
