We are seeking a Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, helping us achieve our financial targets and goals.
The successful candidate will be a key player in identifying new processes to maximise sales and margin opportunities and will work collaboratively with various departments to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
This role is integral to the creation of sales and margin reports, customer price lists, and the administration of online buying portals, among other tasks.
We are currently working on behalf of a client based in Ipswich who are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team.
The successful applicant will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and customer service experience along with exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
We are recruiting for an experience Sales Administrator to work as part of a small team when you will receive extensive training working 8.30am - 5pm based in LE5 with Parking, as the Sales Administrator you will perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming orders, managing and organising customer information, purchasing stock from suppliers and invoicing customer, you might on occasion want to visit clients
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining the back-order report.
Processing customer orders via purchase orders, email and phone calls into Sage.
