Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, spanning from overseeing multi-artist compilations to driving digital initiatives.
In this dynamic role, they require a highly organised and adaptable individual who can swiftly respond to the demands of the position while efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects.
VAT Management: Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with current regulations and maintaining accurate records to support submissions.
Handle all related queries regarding payroll.
Payroll Administration: Process payroll on a monthly basis, including calculating wages, managing deductions, and ensuring timely payment to employees.
Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners' diaries, scheduling appointments and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings and ensure all work activities are scheduled effectively, including the identification and resolution of potential challenges and clashes.
Having a good knowledge of fee earners clients, liaising with their PAs.
General
To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients and reducing the need for them to undertake administrative tasks.
To provide a proactive and professional support for all practice and business services groups across the firm including (but not limited to) audio/digital dictation typing, copy typing, amending/formatting large and complex documents, producing comparison documentation, Word/PDF conversion and manipulation plus the preparation of diagrams, slides, spreadsheets andother ad hoc requests as required.
General
Reliability and flexibility combined with a 'can do' outlook are fundamental and Document Management Operators should take pride in the standard of work the DMC team provides.
A team working and collaborative approach towards fellow support staff is essential to fulfil the needs of the business.
