Working pattern: Due to the nature of this role and to allow you to be introduced to the business and your work effectively, you should plan to work onsite an average of 4 days a week.

Some placements require regular on-site attendance whereas others you'll be able to work from home 2 to 3 days in the week, but flexibility is expected to get the most out of the programme.
Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working, but this will depend on project requirements and the need for access to specific site facilities.

Around 70% of your time will be working onsite in an assistive and collaborative open plan working environment and systems laboratory, aimed at aiding your learning and development.
