We have a permanent, full time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £52,122 pro rata per year, rising to £54,580 pro rata per year after key competencies of the role are met.
Providing strategic and operational guidance this role will ensure properties are fit for purpose and fully compliant with all statutory, regulatory requirements ensuring good practice in relation to Fire Safety, Asbestos, Legionella, Gas safety, Electrical Safety, Stairlift and Passenger lifts and any future compliance streams that are identified.
