As Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for producing purchase orders, reconciling purchase orders, expediting open orders, running stock reports, assisting the sourcing of inventory, supplier negotiation, reviewing supplier PO acknowledgements and resolving discrepancies.
Our superb client with offices based in Peterborough is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract basis although may be extended to 12 months.
This is an office based position and will be working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Working full-time, Monday - Friday this Purchasing Administrator role will also see you supporting with general office duties, this is fast paced start-up environment and it's often the case individuals support outside of their day to day job description which only adds to the impact you can have.
We're looking for an individual who has purchasing experience to support our Melbourn based client for the next 3 months or so as a Purchasing Administrator.
