The responsibilities of this role are comprehensive and varied, encompassing the management of the Sales Ledger, which includes the critical tasks of issuing invoices and overseeing aged debt to ensure a healthy cash flow.
Equally important is the handling of the Purchase Ledger, which demands precision in matching, coding, and resolving queries, as well as executing BACs payments with meticulous accuracy.
This particular opportunity in the Meriden area of Warwickshire offers a chance to become an integral part of a close-knit team, where each member's contribution is valued.
The Commercial & Revenue Team contributes to the generation of high levels of income through re-sales and other homeowner and commercial services, to support re-investment in Development to achieve our ambition to provide further homes for those with the greatest need.
