The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from post-tender stage through to completion, including cost management, scheduling, and client liaison.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contracts Manager to oversee projects within commercial property, specifically focusing on refurbishments, fit-outs, and dilapidations.
You will be responsible for inspecting construction work to ensure it meets standards and health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will ensure the build is compliant with the Employers Requirements, quality of the site installations is consistent with the company's BMS processes, and relevant standards and specifications are defined within the Project Specific Quality Plan.
