We are currently seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our client's Legal and Compliance team.
As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialised support across various areas of expertise.
This includes working collaboratively with stakeholders to prepare for audits, assisting with customer questionnaires, managing incidents, and conducting policy reviews.
To deliver operational excellence across a range of HR processes including HR Advisory, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Contracts and Systems and Learning and Development.
Responds to customer demand on the HR Function, supporting casework, recruitment, workforce reporting, systems support, learning and / or organisation development.
Makes judgements on prioritisation of work to manage workload and respond to urgent requests, supported and directed by the Team Leader and Contact Point manager where appropriate.
The Compliance Team sit within the Second Line of Defence, responsible for monitoring, providing compliance support and advice to the business on a wide range of compliance matters including regulatory and conduct risks, to ensure HME's ongoing compliance with the regulatory framework.
