Our client operates within the professional services environment and has a full time vacancy for a HR Advisor, providing maternity cover, expected to last till end October 2025.

A UK centric Insurer with offices in London & Milton Keynes are looking to hire a HR Administrator and Payroll Advisor on a permanent basis.
The role will sit within the HR function and will predominantly be responsible for their end-to-end payroll process alongside some BAU HR responsibilities.
You will report directly into the team lead and will be the payroll SME.
The purpose of this role is to provide first line ER advice to our colleagues and assist line managers in understanding, and optimising our processes, policies and procedures and supporting them through the process.
This role will be on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be required to form trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders across the group.
Your primary objective will be to deliver a first class customer focused Employee Relations service by providing specialist support and advice, predominantly over the telephone, to colleagues throughout our business.
