Our client is a leading provider of industrial equipment, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join their team in Chesterfield.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the quality team in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Documentation: Maintain and update all quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and records in compliance with ISO standards and company protocols.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation, team restructuring and conflict resolution.
