HR Administrator (Part Time)
Role Overview
This part time role has a dual reporting responsibility to support the HR Director whilst also reporting to the HR Operations Manager as part of the HR Operations Team providing general HR administration support to UK managers and staff in a timely, efficient, confidential, compliant and customer-focused manner.
It is anticipated that this role will be 28 hours per week and will offer a mutually beneficial working pattern.
The successful candidate will assist both our Head of Operations and Head of HR.
We require an Operations & HR Assistant in an all-year-round, permanent full-time role from January 2025, with core working hours of 8-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a varied role, with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, working closely as a team to ensure that all operations run smoothly, in a number of areas including, but not limited to School transport and pupil minibus service, cleaning, catering, maintenance and grounds.
