Additional Sleep-in allowance £88.57 per sleep-in (required 6/7 times per month)
Monday - Friday plus 1 in 4 weekends (when working a weekend you will not work Friday & Monday) plus some bank holidays.

Whatever your experience of street homelessness and its impact on people's lives - personal or professional - when you join the Thames Reach Team as a Support Worker, we'll make the best use of all your understanding, compassion and commitment.
Work with clients in producing person-centred support plans and ensure that case reviews are carried out, that support plans are implemented, and adequate case records are maintained.
Conduct interviews with prospective clients using a range of specialist assessment and personalised support planning tools to engage clients in the assessment and support planning process.
