Maintenance Operative / Handyman - Multi Site (company vehicle provided)
Our clients are a growing Property Management business and have an immediate requirement to hire a Maintenance Operative/Handyman to carry out vital maintenance services responding all tenants needs across there portfolio .
Key responsibilities
Working as part of the maintenance team to respond to all basic maintenance and repair issues in the buildings as highlighted by the property management department.
They are seeking someone to work as part of a team that can keep on top of and maintain basic repairs, this would be including the likes of unblocking sinks, replace taps, change light bulbs, repair fixtures and fittings and conduct daily maintenance checks around the building / grounds but also to help set up rooms for meetings, assembly's, open days, take in deliveries and any other such related duties as needed.
