As the Estates Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the workload of the Maintenance department, ensuring a high-level of customer service while maintaining the landlord's assets in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Duties
This includes managing daily budget controls, work processes, and departmental strategies to ensure operations are carried out in accordance with company directives.
My client are seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to support the Estates Manager in the management of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
The role encompasses a blend of 70% estates administration and 30% office administration, including tasks related to accounts, operations, office management and reception.
The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented and capable of working independently in our brand-new, high-spec offices located in a rural setting.

As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and managing the services delivered to the property Developer, Leaseholders and Tenants of the Development.
Key Accountabilities
Defining and maintaining service levels.
The development and delivery of an exceptional customer focused service to Developers, Leaseholders and Tenants.
You will manage a new and exciting estate with some of the world's most exciting cultural and education organisations.
To be successful in the role, you must have experience with setting and reconciliation of service charge budgets, NEBOSH and IWFM qualification.
You will have a permanent on site presence (5 days per week) to manage full service delivery across risk, occupier liaison, service contracts, repairs and maintenance and service charge budgets.
