The role involves identifying social care needs and responding with quality services to promote well-being and safety within the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing new claims and changes in circumstances for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support, including Supported Accommodation.
This role requires someone with experience in Council Tax Billing input and familiarity with financial systems such as Captia Academy and NEC Enterprise.
