As a Pre-Litigation File Handling Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our pre-lit casualty claims handling teams with a variety of essential tasks.

I am currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to work closely with a Managing Director of a real estate and development business, this role will be fully office based in Liverpool city centre.
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, organisation, and operational efficiency.

The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing business support for the team including: supporting the team with Sefton Liquid Logic database, typing, telephone duties, note taking in a variety of operational meetings, co-ordinating the gathering of information from other agencies to support the manager and any other admin duties within the team.
IT skills and operational skills in the use of Liquid Logic.
