Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns or requests for Council services.
Our client, a well-established organisation is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their thriving team.
This is a busy role where Customer Service plays a pivotal role to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
If you can put customers first, problem solve and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, coupled with being a skilled communicator with high standards and a proactive approach, we would love to hear from you.
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).

Remuneration: £13 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, 1 month - with possibility of extension
